FAQ
What about Durability and Financial Options?
You may be surprised at how many financing options are available for purchasing a manufactured home. A major reason is the measurable value of today's manufactured home; a well-built structure most likely sited on private land. Studies have shown that today's manufactured home maintains its structural integrity and appreciates in value just as site-built housing. Recognizing this, most financial institutions offer traditional 30-year mortgage loans if the home and land are financed together.
